The Onroots Method
Somewhere along the way, movement got boring. It became a gym routine you dread, a class you go to out of guilt, something you push through instead of actually enjoy. We didn’t want to run that kind of retreat or teach that kind of training. We blend yoga practice, calisthenics, and bodyweight movement to help you reconnect with something more fundamental — the curiosity, the play, the childlike freedom you had before movement became a task. And in between all of that, finding those moments of stillness and presence that yoga has always pointed toward. That sense of true freedom. Of coming back to yourself.
We’ve hosted over 200 students from across the world, across retreats on nearly every continent — different backgrounds, different bodies, one shared thing: they leave moving differently than they arrived.
